Dr. Poe is an immunologist, functional nutrition practitioner, and the founder of YourCODE. With a doctorate in Immunology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and more than a decade of experience translating complex science into practical healing strategies, she specializes in advanced functional testing, the gut microbiome, hormones, nervous system regulation, and root-cause health.

Her approach combines cutting-edge laboratory data with each client's personal history to create personalized, sustainable roadmaps toward lasting health—because when you understand what's actually going on beneath the surface, change becomes possible.

Shaia is often the first person clients meet at YourCODE, helping create a supportive, organized, and personalized experience from the very beginning. As Operations Manager and Client Concierge, she ensures every client feels informed, cared for, and confident throughout their journey.

Currently pursuing advanced training to become a Certified Practitioner specializing in Women's Health, Shaia is especially passionate about women's health and helping people understand the "why" behind their symptoms.

After navigating her own journey with endometriosis, she experienced firsthand the impact of functional medicine. That experience fuels her passion for helping others find answers, advocate for their health, and feel empowered throughout the healing process.
